Helping The Homeless

OC Open Arms Foundation Safe Haven serves hard to reach people experiencing homelessness with severe mental illness who have been unsheltered and have been unwilling or unable to participate in supportive services.

24-Hour Care

We provides 24-hour residence for those eligible for an unspecified period.

Stay Overnight

Safe Haven has an overnight capacity limited to 25 or fewer.

Preventive Care

We provide many services and referrals for the residents.
