Street Outreach reaches people with emergency shelter, housing or critical services to provide urgent, non-facility-vase care to those who are unwilling or able to access emergency shelter, housing, or an appropriate health facility.
Only people who are residing on streets or other places not meant for habilitation should be entered into a street outreach project.
